Case History: Fatty Liver. This patient presented to our office six months ago with an enlarged fatty liver. We changed his diet and he was put on bhumi amla, one of my favorite liver herbs which cools the heat in the liver (from too much alcohol/improper diet/pharmaceuticals, all of which create heat and inflammation in the liver).
